Wes Hobson has competed in over 220 triathlons, from sprint- to Ironman-distance. He garnered 35 first places, 60 top-three finishes and 96 top-five finishes during his 12-year professional career that also included being selected "Triathlete of the Year" by the USOC. Wes co-authored Swim, Bike, Run, and Workouts in a Binder For Indoor Cycling. He also created three triathlon and cycling related films. Triathlon ~ Through The Eyes of the Elite, Triathlon ~ Racing Faster, Rides: The Rockies ~ Volume 1 and Science of Triathlon. Wes was a member of the USA Triathlon Board of Directors for three years as well as nominated by his peers to be a member of the US Professional Triathlon Committee for four years. Wes coaches multisport athletes and single-sport athletes.

All packages must be prepaid to receive discount rate

Cancellation Policy

NoBo pilates requires at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. You will be billed the full fee if you miss your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

Hayley Hobson

Hayley began teaching the Pilates Method in Los Angeles in 2000, after acquiring her first certification from the Physical Mind Institute. While living in LA, Hayley operated her own Pilates studio out of Phase IV, an athletic think tank for the endurance athlete which was created for athletes of all ages in any kind of sport.
