Diane is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a registered member of the Academy of Dance/Movement Therapists. Diane has been teaching other’s the healing aspects of movement and body awareness in clinical and academic environments for 16 years.

Diane practiced Pilates in conjunction with her dance education and she believes that The Pilates Method and Dance/Movement Therapy share a common intention; to re-educate the body physically, emotionally and spiritually. The process of health is gained by focusing one’s attention on their breath while aligning with the wisdom of the body/mind. Diane brings a deeper perspective to her teaching of The Classical Pilates Method; to help her client’s decompress their spine and joints, and establish intelligent, graceful movement patterns.

Diane completed her teacher training at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado in December, 2008.
